Good Day All!

Just had a great relaxing evening. My day was a short day in lectures today. Had the morning lecture with our dean and vice-dean. As well, all the heads of each department was present to give us a brief overview of each of the courses and what to expect. Sounds like its going to be a hard year. Anatomy is to be the focus for sure!

After that, we practiced for the matriculation ceremony. This is where we officially become medical students, and start our journey to obtaining our degree. We have to put on gowns and everything!! This is on Friday, I'll try and upload some images then.

After that, I had a quick polish lesson, and then was done for the day! Tomorrow is going to be hard. I have my lab work day, and can not eat or drink anything after 6am. I have a quick hour to make lunch after the lab testing and eat before the polish lesson tomorrow. I think I can make it!

I went down to the mall today to pick up my toaster over and hot plate. For some reason, the transaction online was cancelled. At least this way I got to see what I was buying, and assured my purchases were good ones. The toaster oven has a convection fan, as well as a spit. So on Sunday I'm going to attempt to make a roast or something good for dinner. Because I have all day to cook the stuff.

I made pizza in the oven this evening, it was quick, and delicious. The Polish people don't skimp out on the amount of toppings they put on their pizzas.

The rest of the afternoon was a bit of a nap, and then skyping and relaxing. Figuring out where the lab is for tomorrow's tests.

Anyways, making it an early night.
